The simple answer is: Never! You never need to get naked during your boudoir experience.
The reason is this: I want you to have the best experience and photos possible. For some Goddesses, this includes baring all, and for others, it means keeping the lingerie on.
Everyone is at a different point in their acceptance and love for their bodies, and I want to meet you exactly where you’re at in your journey.
You know your vision of your boudoir experience and how you imagine yourself in your photos, and if being naked does not fit with this vision, then that’s ok!
As long as you are listening to yourself and honoring your boundaries, there is no wrong way to have a boudoir experience.
While I might gently encourage you at times to go beyond your current comfort zone when it comes to your wardrobe, please know that I will never force you to do anything that you are uncomfortable with. All you have to do is say the word!
When you let go of the clothes that cover you, you are also shedding any preconceived notions and past conditioning, shame, and fear that has surrounded your body and your body image. You are embracing your self as you are right now – every sweet and juicy curve on your body.
This is the most vulnerable you can possibly be with yourself. As a result, it can be such an empowering and freeing experience.
As scary as that might feel right now before you’ve even had your boudoir experience, just know that I will be there to guide, encourage and lift you up so that by the time that part of the session arrives, you’ll feel so empowered and comfortable that you might decide to go for it!
There’s no need to get naked for your boudoir session. The question is, do you want to?
